We will use the information that you provide solely to facilitate the processing your enquiry, quotation or order and for invoicing purposes.

We do not send out marketing emails or newsletters with information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you.

We retain the personal information you provide within the United Kingdom, and will not transfer it to any other country, except with your prior consent.

We will not provide any of the personal information you give to us to any third party, except with your prior consent.

Please note that if you have requested that we ship an order to your location, that your shipping information will be shared with our preferred carrier, APC Overnight. See here for their Privacy Policy. If you wish to opt-out, let us know as part of the initial order discussions and we are happy to discuss alternative carriers with you or for you to arrange for the order to be collected from our offices directly.

At Replicade Ltd. we take our responsibilities under the Data Protection Act very seriously. All the personal data we have is stored securely at our UK Offices.

We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect, in order to prevent unauthorised access and ensure that we are compliant with the current Data Protection Regulations.

You currently have the right at any time to ask for a copy of the information about you that we hold. From the 25th May 2018, you will also have the following rights: erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to provide information on our website traffic. Google Analytics mainly uses first-party cookies to report on visitor interactions on our website.
